Usage:

SYWATER? The BWT 95 series is a scale and corrosion inhibitor used in water vapor systems with boiler pressures below 3.8MPa. It is used to protect the boiler body and related pipeline equipment that use desalinated water as makeup water. Form a molecular parallel film to adsorb onto the metal surface of the equipment's inner wall, preventing corrosion of the liquid and gas relative to the metal. It helps to reduce and prevent the formation of scale and adhesion deposition. It can effectively control the pH value of boiler water and steam, reducing the agglomeration caused by the addition of other chemicals in boiler water.

Advantages:

Single product, liquid form, simple dosing system;

SYWATER? BWT 9501 can be injected directly into the boiler drum through a dosing pump.

Dosage of steam system:

When using this medication, we recommend controlling the pH above 8.8, based on 20% evaporation, and adding an initial dosage of 8ppm. After the system is stable, the dosage can be adjusted appropriately according to the on-site situation, not less than 5ppm. The specific control parameters are subject to national standards.

Important precautions:

SYWATER? When used in conjunction with ordinary boiler water additives (such as phosphate, even at very small dosages), BWT 9501 may weaken the actual efficacy of the product and disrupt the optimal controlled dosage of this agent.

Harmful swallowing

Harmful skin contact, causing serious skin burns and eye damage prevention instructions

Wear personal protective equipment such as corrosion-resistant gloves, goggles, and face shields, and thoroughly clean hands after work. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product.

If swallowed by mistake: Shukou, seek medical attention.

If accidentally inhaled: Transfer the victim to fresh air and maintain a comfortable resting position for breathing, seek medical attention immediately. If accidental skin contamination occurs: immediately remove all contaminated clothing and rinse the skin with water for no less than 30 minutes.

If accidentally entering the eyes: Rinse with water for no less than 30 minutes and seek medical attention.

Packaging and storage

SYWATER? BWT 9501 is stored in a 25L/1000L polyethylene container with a shelf life of 2 years.

Is the recommended storage temperature 0? 30 ℃. After storing this product for a long time, please stir it before use to ensure its effectiveness.
