The petrochemical standard Saci23X series scale and corrosion inhibitors are formulated according to the SH2604.07-2003 Water Treatment Agent Composite Scale and Corrosion Inhibitors standard. They are composed of phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, sulfonate copolymer, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor, and copper corrosion inhibitor, among other raw materials. This product has been repeatedly improved through multiple laboratory tests and on-site applications. It has good chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. in water, and has good corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel and copper, ensuring that the metal corrosion rate meets the standard. The Saci23X series of scale and corrosion inhibitors are mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in the circulating cooling water system of Sinopec, and are suitable for use in coal chemical, fine chemical, coking plants, biopharmaceuticals, central air conditioning, power generation and other circulating cooling water systems. The Saci23X series of scale and corrosion inhibitors have good corrosion inhibition effect, strong scale inhibition force, and both scale removal efficiency. They can be used for a long time to remove existing scale, extend the cleaning cycle of the system, prolong the service life of circulating water equipment, and reduce operating costs.

Add the required Saci23X series scale and corrosion inhibitors to the plastic dosing bucket (or box) every day. For ease of use, water can be added for dilution, and the chemicals can be continuously added at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the collection tank) using a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. It is generally calculated based on the amount of supplementary water, with a dosage concentration of 10-50mg/L and a suitable pH value of 7.0-9.5.

The Saci23X series scale and corrosion inhibitors are packaged in plastic drums, with 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum or determined according to user needs; Store in a cool and dry place for a storage period of twelve months. Handle with care during handling to prevent impact.

6、 Safety and Protection

Saci23X series scale and corrosion inhibitors are weakly acidic. When operating, pay attention to labor protection and wear latex gloves, protective goggles, protective clothing, and other labor protection equipment to avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If it splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly. If it erodes the ground, please rinse it immediately with clean water.
