1、 Function and Use

The Saci21X series scale and corrosion inhibitors of the power standard are formulated according to the standard DLT806-2013 Scale and Corrosion Inhibitors for Circulating Water in Thermal Power Plants. They are composed of * * * phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, sulfonate copolymers, carbon steel corrosion inhibitors, and copper corrosion inhibitors. This product has been repeatedly improved through multiple laboratory experiments and on-site applications, and has good chelating and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, and other substances in water, as well as good corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel and copper. The Saci21X series of scale and corrosion inhibitors are mainly used in the power generation industry to inhibit corrosion and scale in circulating cooling water systems, such as thermal power plants, biomass power plants, garbage power plants, waste heat power generation and other circulating cooling water systems. The Saci21X series of scale and corrosion inhibitors have good corrosion inhibition effects and strong scale inhibition ability, which can extend the cleaning cycle of the system, extend the service life of circulating water equipment, and reduce operating costs.

Add the required Saci21X series scale and corrosion inhibitors to the plastic dosing bucket (or box) every day. For ease of use, water can be added for dilution, and the chemicals can be continuously added at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the collection tank) using a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosage varies depending on the water quality indicators and process parameters of the application system. It is generally calculated based on the amount of supplementary water, with a dosage concentration of 5-20mg/L and a suitable pH value of 7.0-9.5.

The Saci21X series scale and corrosion inhibitors are packaged in plastic drums, with 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum or determined according to user needs; Store in a cool and dry place for a storage period of twelve months. Handle with care during handling to prevent impact.

5、 Safety and Protection

Saci21X series scale and corrosion inhibitors are weakly acidic. When operating, pay attention to labor protection and wear latex gloves, protective goggles, protective clothing, and other labor protection equipment to avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If it splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly. If it erodes the ground, please rinse it immediately with clean water.
