To enrich the cultural and entertainment life of employees, strengthen team cohesion and collaboration ability, enhance communication and exchange among employees, mobilize their work enthusiasm, alleviate work pressure, and achieve a balance between work and rest, we welcome new employees to join and integrate into the company as soon as possible, cultivating their trust and sense of belonging in the company. On March 9, 2023, the young friends from Shangyuan went to Mount Taishan to carry out group building activities.

Because some of the employees were unable to rush back to the headquarters to participate in the group building activity due to business trip, we used the photo recording method to let the employees who did not participate in watch the majesty of Mount Taishan.

At 8:30 in the morning, the members participating in the group building activities gathered downstairs and boarded the journey to Mount Taishan. We sang and laughed in the car. We were enthusiastic all the way. After half an hour's drive, we arrived at the Zhongtian Gate of Mount Taishan. The team members had a brief mountain climbing meeting after gathering at Zhongtianmen.

"Each department is a small team. After arriving at the South Tianmen Gate, they take photos and clock in. After the team members meet, they can freely move around." As soon as the words were finished, each small team had already started to depart.

     As time went on, some colleagues felt physically exhausted when facing the towering mountain peak, but team members encouraged each other and persisted in reaching the summit. The significance of team building is not only to bring joy to the mood, but also to test our team's firm beliefs.

Mountaineering Moments

      Everyone is immersed in the beautiful scenery of nature, walking and stopping, taking beautiful photos with each other, and colleagues from different departments meet to enjoy the joy and relaxation of traveling. Everyone helps each other, gets together with employees, talks and laughs. The scenes of working in the past no longer exist, this is just a group of friends playing together! On weekdays, the pace of life is fast, but occasionally I have to walk and stop, eat and drink with a group of friends!

    With the completion of the mountaineering activity, it also marks the successful end of this team building activity. This is a resonance of the spirit of reunion among the members of Shangyuan. Everyone has not only exercised their physical strength and perseverance, but also enhanced the cohesion of team cooperation, accumulated strength for better work engagement, and made the Shangyuan family more intimate and harmonious.
