After two years of research and development, design, and manufacturing, Shangyuan Future and British company Biwater jointly developed and designed the 22.5 megapascals ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure experimental equipment, which has officially entered the laboratory debugging and trial stage. The next phase of the laboratory will build a dynamic simulation laboratory for the entire water treatment process, including further connecting the circulating water device, reverse osmosis device, water treatment device, mixed bed and EDI device, and connecting all water treatment modules to build a dynamic simulation laboratory for the entire water treatment process. Currently, after the completion of the full process dynamic simulation device, it will be the first full process dynamic simulation experimental device in China and even Asia. In addition to further verifying the performance of various chemicals under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and verifying the resistance of black ash water dispersed chemicals to high temperature and high pressure, various simulation experiments can also be conducted, such as chemical simulation of circulating water, dynamic simulation of reverse osmosis chemicals, and scaling and cleaning experiments of membranes.
